It is always wonderful to see new faces and new ideas blossom on this committee. Committee members are appointed by the Church Council.
The Board of Christian Education is responsible for the Christian education of all members of the Congregation. It provides a Sunday School program for children ages 4 to grade 12 by seeking appropriate curriculum and skilled teachers. It also oversees special programs throughout the year, such as Vacation Bible School and the Christmas Pageant. This board also assists the Pastor in gathering information for special classes, if needed. The Board of Christian Education is also responsible for ensuring the educational needs of the adults in the Congregation are met by providing general oversight to the planning and operation of the adult educational programs.
